Work through the four checks below, then use the related tools or contact support if an account-specific question remains.
Start with a real fill
Record the exchange, product, executed amount, average price and actual fee. Check maker or taker treatment, account tier and the currency in which the fee was charged.
Distinguish the mechanisms
A discount may reduce a charge while a rebate may appear later as a separate record. Verify how the relevant account applies the benefit before calculating it. Do not deduct the same benefit twice.
Check referral status
A partner’s commission rate is not automatically the customer’s rebate rate. Use the customer account’s applicable terms and records. Gate and Bitget require support configuration after UID registration in Panda’s stated service flow.
Prepare a useful support request
Provide your UID, product, trade date, relevant record and a clear description of the discrepancy. Never provide a password, verification code, recovery phrase or private key. Submission alone does not confirm activation.
