Service requests

The exchange, UID and contact details you submit are used to check referrals, handle rebate setup or queries and contact you. With your consent, details are stored in the Hong Kong production database and forwarded to the owner’s private Feishu notification channel. Never submit passwords, verification codes, private keys or recovery phrases.

Usage analytics

We record page paths, click targets, device class, referring domain and a temporary session identifier. Form contents, raw IP addresses and full referring URLs are not included. Events are kept for 90 days and request-anomaly records for 30 days. Gateway security logs are managed separately by the existing server logging configuration. Do Not Track is respected; sessions are not unique people.

Browser tools

Calculators and research notes run in your browser. You manage downloaded results; tool inputs are not uploaded.

Access, corrections and removal

Contact Panda support with your request reference to ask for a correction or deletion. Do not provide account passwords. Service records are retained as needed for handling and follow-up; there is no automatic customer-record deletion schedule at present.
