An exchange spot trade, a card purchase and a peer-to-peer order use different payment and settlement processes. Review the quote, fees, payment method and any withdrawal restrictions before proceeding.
Keep peer-to-peer handling in the order
Verify payment details within the order and follow its instructions. Keep the order number and payment evidence. If payment has been made but assets are not released, use the order’s appeal or official support process.
Confirm the final result
A payment receipt alone is not proof that the crypto has arrived. Check the asset balance and transaction or order status. Receiving assets does not necessarily make them immediately withdrawable.
