Account security: checks before signing up or transferring

Verify the entry point

Check the domain and where the page came from before entering account information. Referral links and help articles serve different purposes. Verify that an account-related page belongs to the intended exchange.

Keep authentication under your control

Use a unique password and supported two-factor authentication. Keep control of your email, phone and recovery channels. Panda support does not need your password, verification codes, recovery phrase or Apple ID password.

If installation fails

Open Android download on the relevant exchange card for the dedicated download and installation guide. On iPhone, register using the referral link first, then install from the official App Store and sign in to that account. Ask support if the route is unclear.

Before a transfer

Check the asset, network, destination address, memo, minimum amount and network fee. Test with a small amount. Recheck a pasted address; a matching format or a few matching characters alone does not validate the destination.

If activity looks suspicious

Stop the unclear action. Use a verified official channel to inspect login and permission records. Keep times, order numbers and transaction hashes. Do not pay an unfamiliar contact who promises to unlock or recover funds.
