Identify the right project
Record the official site, documentation, network and token contract. Similar names or symbols may belong to different projects. A search ranking or social avatar is not contract verification.
Separate product and token
Product usage does not automatically benefit a token. Record the product’s purpose, revenue model, token utility and supply release mechanism separately. Leave missing evidence marked as unknown.
Rank the evidence
Prioritise original announcements, documentation and reproducible on-chain records. Use media for context and anonymous posts as leads to check. Record dates, units and original sources for numbers.
Make conclusions testable
A claim that a product is live should identify a working entry point and function. A growth claim needs comparable observations over time. Keep confirmed facts, interpretations and unknowns distinct.
